All orders are processed within 10business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned or requires reshipment due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.


Refunds & Return Shipping

All shipping costs related to returns and refunds are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors once the package has been shipped. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
